questions.

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code and the camera opens in their phone’s browser. No account, no download.

Can guests upload old photos?

No. The camera only takes new photos, in the moment. There’s no camera-roll upload, by design.

What happens with poor signal?

Shots are saved on the guest’s phone and sent automatically when they’re back online. Nothing is lost because the venue has no reception.

Who can see the photos?

Only the host and the guests who joined with your QR code, and only after the reveal. Before that, nobody sees anything, not even you.

Can we choose the reveal time?

Yes. You pick when the oop drops, and you can reveal it early yourself.

Can we download everything?

Any photo can be downloaded in high resolution from the album. A one-click download-everything option is coming.

How long are photos stored?

For 12 months after the reveal. Then they’re deleted.

Can the host remove a photo?

Yes. The host can hide or permanently delete any photo.
